    i was doing a update on my AUTEL MD802 

    when the lead come out of the SIDE OF IT 

    now it asking me for the Authorisation 

    on the screen i get the vehicle program is not authorised please obtain the authorisation 

    can you tell me how to fix this problem thank you  SN :-    ML1518001025

     Hi you could try formatting a new SD card and then insert it into your SD card slot on your PC and then open your autel software it should then reauthorize your SD card if i am not mistaken, i have done this in the past, 

    Support at autel is a complete joke best to try your local autel dealer which i have done in the past, hope this helps

     You need to format the SD card again.
    Then re-load all the vehicles back onto the card.
    I just had to do the same thing for my system...now I just make duplicate SD cards as a backup since it's the 3rd time it has happened.
    If your laptop/desktop does not have a reader for the SD you will need to buy one.
